The glaze has a few tiny speckles near the rim, but honestly it just adds character to the handmade look. Bakes evenly and the deep sides hold a full casserole without any spillover. For the price, I'm thrilled with the blemishes.
You can’t see the glazing flaw unless you’re looking for it, and the ceramic feels thick and sturdy in the hands. It’s been in and out of the oven twice already, and the finish still looks great. For a factory second, this is honestly a steal.
