Modern Classics Rectangular Baker

I was skeptical about the mineral-rich clay making a difference, but the way heat spreads across the whole baker is genuinely impressive. My casserole came out perfectly cooked edge to edge, no scorched corners this time.

The clay really does hold heat evenly—my casserole came out perfectly browned on the edges and tender in the middle, no hot spots at all. It’s heavy but feels solid, and cleanup was easier than I expected with just a quick soak.

I’ve had mine for a few weeks now and the way it holds heat is almost uncanny, pulled a casserole out and it stayed bubbling at the table way longer than my old glass dish. Even browning across the bottom with zero hot spots, exactly what I hoped for from the clay.
