The EH compost bin is compact in size so that it doesn't take up too much valuable counter space, but generous enough to collect 4+ days worth of food scraps (depending on how often you cook or the size of your household!) It's deep lid contains odors but is not airtight so to avoid moisture build-up and mold growth. It's wide spout helps while emptying and prevents liquids from spilling out the sides. Made of ceramic, it won't stain, oxidize, or decompose. Remove the rope handle and it's dishwasher safe for effortless cleaning!
