BBQ Grilling Plank

Even heat distribution is the real win here—my veggie skewers came out charred on the outside and juicy inside, no burnt spots. Cleanup was just a quick rinse, which is saying something after a full BBQ session.

Grilled salmon fillets on this last weekend and the ceramic surface held up beautifully—no sticking, no hot spots, and the fish came out with that nice smoky char. Cleanup was just a quick rinse, which honestly surprised me for a pan that gets that hot.

The even heat across the whole surface is what sold me—my fish fillets came out with that same charred, smokey finish I usually only get from my outdoor grill. Cleanup was a breeze too, just a quick soak and rinse.
